Mrs. Faye Dale White

Mrs. Faye Dale White, 83, a resident of 54 Gordon Road, Lexington, GA, but for the past eight years resided at Quiet Oaks Health Care of Crawford, died Wednesday, December 3, 2014.
Born in Danielsville, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Doc Dale. Mrs. White was a member of Cave Springs Baptist Church in Jefferson and was a 1948 graduate of Madison County High School. Not only was she a homemaker and a truly devoted wife, she was a mother and grandmother who was very passionate about her family and their wellbeing. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Mr. Billy Joe White, and her siblings, Mrs.. Clara Booth, Mrs. Geraldine Pritchet, Mr. Albert Dale, Mr. Hoyle Dale, Mrs. Pegi Murzynski, Mr. Billy Dale, Mrs. Joanne Davis, Mrs. Dot Jowers, Mrs. Thelma Glenn and Mrs. Frances Center. Survivors include four children, Thane (Jim) McKie of Lexington; Pam (the late David) Carson of Willow Spring, NC; Mike (Sandra) White of Lexington, and Jeff White of Roswell; two brothers, Mr. Gene Dale of Marietta, and Mr. Aubrey Lee Dale of Lilburn. Survivors also include eight grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 2 PM at Lord and Stephens, Danielsville with Rev. Tim Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Gray Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12 until 2 PM. Pallbearers will be Phillip Carson (Navy Chaplain), Michael White, Joshua McKie, Cass Stanton, Wes Stanton, Michael Cook and Jim Foster. Honorary pallbearers will be Peyton Cook, Tripp White, Tanner McKie and Grant Foster.
