Hull - Faye Cowart, 77, wife of the late Fred Daniel Cowart, died Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at her residence.
Born in Whitehall, GA, she was the daughter of the late James Willie and Clyde Adams Roberts. She was a member of Whitehall Baptist Church and had worked as a nurses aid for at Athens Regional Medical Center formerly know as Athens General Hospital.
Survivors include her son: Ellis Cowart of Macon, GA; daughters: Patsy Cowart of Hull, GA, Donna Cash of Hull; sisters: Bobbie Jean McAllister, GA, Connie Dianne Culbertson of Danielsville, GA; brothers: Charles Robertson of Virginia, Rudy Roberts of Jacksonville, FL, seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Friday, March 7, 2008 at 3 p.m. at Oconee Hill Cemetery with Rev. Buford Lockman officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:30 at the funeral home.
Lord & Stephens, EAST is in charge of arrangements.
