Watkinsville - Evelyn J. Sooky Shaw, 69, wife of Donald S. Shaw, died Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at her residence.
Born in Auburn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Alice Amerman. She had been a medical transcriptionist for the past 20 years in the Athens area. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Ted Owens.
Survivors in addition to her husband, include her children and their spouses: Karen and Joe Campodonico, of Watkinsville, Kevin and Debbie Shaw, of Raleigh, N.C.; brothers: Charles Amerman, of York, Pa., Sandy Amerman, of Florida; grandchildren: Joseph Campodonico and Catherine Campodonico.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 29, 2007 at 2PM at Oconee Chapel Funeral Directors. Burial will be in Oconee Memorial Park.
Oconee Chapel Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
