Evelyn Eunice Casey Allison

Watkinsville,GA - Evelyn Casey Allison, age 82, of Watkinsville, Georgia, passed away quietly February 1, 2008, of heart failure.
Mrs. Allison was born June 24, 1925, in Polk County, Georgia. She taught intermediate and middle school in the Bibb County Public Schools for more than thirty years. She was a member of Bass United Methodist Church in Macon, Georgia.
Miss Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Barton Casey and Evie Hackney Casey and a brother Wiley Jackson Casey.
She is survived by her twin brother Edwin Roy Casey of Canton, Georgia, and her sons Don (Kris) Allison of Watkinsville, and Neil (Amelia) Allison of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Other surviving relatives include her grandchildren Betsy (Robbie) Allison-Cornelius, Casey (Erika) Allison, Joseph and Elise Allison, and Holly (Daniel) Longtin and one great-grandson Alexander Longtin.
Visitation will be from 3:00-5:00, Sunday, February 3, 2008, at The Oconee Chapel at 2370 Hog Mountain Road, Watkinsville, Georgia. On Monday afternoon, February 4, 2008, a graveside service will be held in Macon, Georgia, at Macon Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Miss Evelyn's name be made to either Oconee River Methodist Church, Ashford Memorial Methodist Church, the Oconee County Democratic Party, or the Oconee County Animal Shelter.
