Esther Ollie Bridges Martin

Esther "Momos" Ollie Bridges Martin, 89, of Nashville, TN died September 4, 2011 at Summit Medical Center.

A native of Clarke County, she was the daughter of the late William Bridges and Mary Ollie Manley Bridges and was preceded in death by a son, William "Bill" Bridges, two grandsons, Steven Bridges and Rusty Keller, great granddaughter, Julie Parker, and six loving brothers and sisters.

Momos was a precious mother, grandmother and friend. She will be missed by all five generations and many others.

Lord & Stephens West is in charge of arrangements.

A celebration service of her life will be held Thursday, September 8, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, WEST. Visitation will be held at Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, WEST from 6 pm to 8 pm on Wednesday, September 7, 2011. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Burroughs, Jason Black, Vincent DiMare, Chad Keller, Shaun Bennett, and Bobby Bridges.

Survivors include her daughter, Janice Kroutter, Nashville, TN; daughter-in-law, Ruth Bridges, Lilburn, GA; nine grandchildren, Vincent DiMare, Magen Kroutter, Jaimie Kroutter, Rachel Dixon (Dan), all of Nashville, TN, Vickie Baskins of Hartwell, Darlene Bennett of Athens, Donna Parker (Stan) of Winterville, Diane Rice (Steve) of Danielsville, Bobby Bridges (Chasity) of Griffin.

Also, 18 great-grandchildren, Kensley Williams, Makana Parchman, Lillian Dixon, Carly Dixon, Crystal Page, Shaun Bennett (Amanda), Jason Black, Stephanie Guree (Darren), Leslie Parker, Christopher Burroughs (Jenn), Garrett Rice (Emily), Brad Rice, Harli Bridges, Peyton Bridges, Jennifer Clark (Joseph), Brooke Baskins, Chad Keller, Mandy Keller.

Twelve great-great grandchildren, Hunter Black, Xavier Bishop, Evie Burroughs, Emerie Burroughs, Abram Burroughs, Cameron Rice, Colby Page, Tyler Stewart, Chloe Grace Stewart, Dante Clark, Mia Clark, Braden Toney; and numerous loving nieces and nephews and friends.
