Danielsville - Harriette Ernestine Floyd, 77, died February 26, 2006.
A native of Morgan County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Frank Lamar Perkins and Florrie Wheeler Vaughters and stepdaughter of Cleveland Vaughters of Athens.
She was a retired teacher with Ila Elementary School and member of Mt. Hermon Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 1, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Hermon Presbyterian Church. Revs. Miriam Dunson and Martha Courie will officiate. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Floyd will lie in state at the church beginning at 1:00 PM.
Survivors in addition to her stepfather include her husband, Howard N. Floyd; daughters, Melanie Casatelli of Alpharetta and Elizabeth (Betsy) Booth of Allen, TX; stepbrothers, Jimmy Vaughters of Denver, CO and Doug Vaughters of Winder; stepsister, Patricia Herndon of Stone Mountain; 4 grandchildren, Eric, David and Jordan Booth of Allen, TX and Michael Casatelli of Alpharetta.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 7:00 until 9:00 PM.
Lord and Stephens, Danielsville is in charge of arrangements.
