Elsie (Hardigree) Thomas

Mrs. Elsie Hardigree Thomas, age 81 of Farmington, passed away October 28, 2013. Mrs. Thomas was born in Watkinsville on October 19, 1932 to Thomas B. and Cornelia Phillips Hardigree. Mrs. Thomas retired from Bellsouth to the family farm on which she was born and raised. She has attended Freeman's Creek Baptist Church since early childhood.
She is survived by her daughter; Beverly Rollins, grandson; Tim Rollins, and friend Bud Gunter. All of whom will dearly miss her character and strength.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 from 6 until 8. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 11 AM at Freeman's Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Ken Jennings officiating. Interment will be held at Elder Cemetery.
