Elmer Roy Trumbull, 85, died November 15, 2009.
A native of Lawrence, MA, he was a son of the late Marion Willis and Elmer Roy Trumbull, Sr. In 1989, he moved to the Athens area from Hamilton, NY after retiring from Colgate University after thirty years. He was a member of the Athens Choral Society.
No services are planned at this time.
Survivors include his wife, Pat Trumbull; three children, Carolyn Krejmas of Milford, PA, Robert Trumbull of Caputh, Germany and Edward Trumbull of Durham, NC; seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Athens-Clarke County Library or the Athens Choral Society.
