Edward Kenneth "Ken" Brewer

Ken Brewer, 73, husband of Patsy Ann Brewer, died Sunday, October 20, 2013 at his residence. A native of Madison County, he was the son of the late Edward Craft Brewer and Dorothy Janet Echols McDuffie. Ken retired as the owner and operator of B&B Tire and had previously worked for Morrell Tire, Goodyear Tire and Norwood Tire. He had an uncanny ability to make people laugh and had a undying love for his dogs. Survivors include his wife, Patsy Ann Brewer, children and their spouses: Kathy Brewer (James) Gyselinck of Lawrenceville, Deanna Brewer (Charles) Marek of Dacula, Tara (Curtis) Clark of Bishop, Wesley Stewart of Colbert and eight grandchildren, and his first wife, mother of Kathy and Deanna, Barbara Brewer.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 4:30PM at Lord and Stephens Danielsville Chapel with Rev. Dayton Logan officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Food For Kids c/o Colbert First Baptist Church or to the Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter. Lord & Stephens Danielsville is in charge of arrangements.
