Eddie Louis Kimbel went home to be with his Lord on July 20, 2006.
A native of Louisville, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Louis K. and Martha S. Kimbel. He attended Hull Baptist Church, was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors.
Graveside services will be Saturday, July 22, 2006, at 1:00 PM at Evergreen Memorial Park with Rev. Rodney Owens officiating.
Survivors include three children, Mark Kimbel, Greg Kimbel, both of Colbert, and Steve Kimbel of Arnoldsville; four grandchildren, Kayla Marie Kimbel, Joshua Aaron Kimbel, Justin Taylor Kimbel and Kriz Lane Kimbel.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Lord and Stephens, Danielsville, is in charge of arrangements.
