Farmington - Mr. Ed Huff, 84, of Farmington, died June 2, 2011. Mr. Huff was preceded in death by parents, Lee and Ruth Huff; wife, Marie Huff; brothers, Franklin "Bro" Huff, and Eugene Huff; and sister, Hilda Colley.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 5, at Freeman Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Hoyt Johnson and the Rev. Ken Jennings officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday. Interment will be in the Freeman Creek Baptist Church cemetery.
Mr. Huff was employed by Oconee County as a mechanic and a School Bus driver. He also served honorably in the United States Navy.
Survivors include sisters, Alice Prichett, Louvie Ruark, and Glenda (Darrell) Gabriel; brothers, Joe Huff, and Vic (Joyce) Huff; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Freeman Creek Baptist Church.
