Crawford - Earl R. England, 87, husband of Lottie Thomas England, died Friday, January 27, 2006 at the VA Medical Center, Augusta, GA.
Born in Oglethorpe County, he was the son of the late Bennett and Sally England. He was a member of Edwards Baptist Church. He served his county during WWII in the US Army.
Survivors include his wife, daughter and son in law, Barbara A. and Michael Culbertson of Winterville, grandchildren; Grant Culbertson and Billy Culbertson and great grandchildren; Jacie Culbertson and Kaylee Culbertson.
Funeral services will be held today, Sunday, January 29, 2006 at 2PM at Edwards Baptist Church with Rev. Jamie Doster officiating. Burial will be held at Crawford Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matthew England, Mickey Price, Chris Owensby, Scott Pledger, Paul Owensby, and Alfred Thomas, Jr.
Lord & Stephens, CRAWFORD is in charge of arrangements.
