Dorsey Stewart, 73, died December 27, 2015.
Born in Winterville, he was the son of the late John B. and Mary Martin Stewart and preceded in death by his brother, Russell Stewart. Dorsey was a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam and was a retired machinist with Reliance Electric. He was a longtime member of Winterville First Baptist Church and the H.I.S. Sunday School Class.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Janice D. Stewart; niece, Christy Milford (Clint), great niece, McKenzie Milford and great nephew, Levi Milford.
The family will receive friends at Winterville First Baptist Church, Wednesday, December 30, 2015 beginning at 10:00 AM. Services will follow at 11:00 AM with Dr. Phil Wages and Rev. Ray Finger officiating. Interment will be at Hull Baptist Church Cemetery.
Flowers are optional. Memorials may be made to Winterville First Baptist Church.
