Athens - Dorothy "Linda" Hidalgo, 59, died February 5, 2006.
A native of Athens, she was the daughter of the late Jack Wesley and Jimmie Porterfield Bradley. She was retired from the State of Georgia and was a very committed member of Victory Life Church. Everyone will always remember her by her smile and what a loving and caring person she was.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at 10:00 AM at Oconee Chapel Funeral Directors with Pastor Tony Cowan officiating.
Survivors include her husband of 28 years, German Hidalgo; children, Marcia Leslie Singson of Winder, Ramon Evaristo Singson (Layla) of Athens and Carmen Linda Hidalgo of Duluth; sister, Kathy Bradley Stahl (Eric) of Marietta; brother, Jack Wayne Bradley of Athens; grandchildren, Ron Jeremiah Wilson, Joshua Lovell Wilson, Elyse May Singson and Casey Elizabeth Singson.
Memorials may be made to Victory Life Church.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
Oconee Chapel Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
