Hull - Dorothy C. Gunnells, 94, wife of the late Robert Gunnells, died Friday, May 27, 2005 at Cobb Memorial Hospital.
Born in Madison County she was the daughter of the late James Quilla and Allie O'Kelley Carter. She was a member of Union Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Bobbie Jean and James Adams; grandsons and their wives, Steve and Nancy Adams, Greg and Patsy Adams; granddaughters and their husbands, Jan and Randy Williams, Sandra and Jeff Seymour; great-grandchildren, Robbie Adams, Chris Adams, Ashley Adams, Zack Seymour, Caleb Seymour, Tyler Adams, Trey Adams and Amber Adams, and a niece and several nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 29, 2005 at 3 PM at Union Baptist Church with Rev. Billy Owensby and Rev. Ray Jenkins officiating. Burial will be held in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robbie Adams, Zack Seymour, Tyler Adams, George Smith, Walter Jackson and Ray Hooper. Visitation will be held tonight from 7 to 9 at the funeral home.
