Watkinsville - Dorothy Wrena Few, 76, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2008.
Born in Providence, Rhode Island, she was a daughter of the late Pearl Reed Emory and John Henry London. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Clinton Few and brother, Eugene London. Mrs. Few was employed for many years at Flowers Incorporated Balloons. She was an active member of Mars Hill Baptist Church and enjoyed traveling with the church group. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 12, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Mars Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Jones officiating. Interment will be in Madison City Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Diane Few of Watkinsville, and Bill and Ann Few of Milledgeville; sister, Wilma Anderson of Augusta, GA; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Senior Saints Sunday School Class.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Mars Hill Baptist Church, New Building Projects Fund, 2661 Mars Hill Road, Watkinsville, GA 30677.
