Athens - Dorothy Lee Bach, 63, died March 20, 2008.
Born in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Alfred S. and Stella Lane Bailey. She has made her home in Athens since 1989 and was a member of Chapelwood United Methodist Church. Mrs. Bach was a member of the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Fibromyalgia Support Group.
Memorials services will be Saturday, March 22, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Chapelwood United Methodist Church (100 Janice Dr. Athens, GA 30606) with Rev. Richard Moeller officiating. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
Survivors include her husband, George Bach; son, Douglas Bach of Athens; daughter, Pamela Bach Ferguson, son-in-law, Joshua Ferguson of Monroe and grandchildren, Alexandria Bach, Carley Bach, Nicholas Ferguson and Cassidy Padgett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Hospice, 1500 Oglethorpe Avenue, Athens, GA 30606 or CFIDS Association of America, PO Box 220398, Charlotte, NC 28222-0398 www.cfids.org.
