Athens - Doris Irene Arlt, 77, died Saturday, May 21, 2005 at her residence.
Born in Assyria Center, MI, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Rena Keys. She was a member of Compass Community Church. She was a Claims Supervisor for AAA and also worked in Research and Development for Kellogg's. Doris was an avid crafts maker and loved writing poetry. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carlene Fuller Hawks and brother Moe Keys.
Survivors include her sons, Chuck Arlt of Bogart, Mike Fuller of Stockbridge, Joe Arlt of Watkinsville, daughter, Janet Krick of Battle Creek, MI; brother, Carl and wife Linda Keys, Jr., eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Saturday, May 28, 2005 from 1 to 3 at Athena Gardens.
