Donna (Sanders) Hendrix

Mrs. Donna Sanders Hendrix, 49 of Danielsville, passed away September 9, 2013 due to cancer.
Mrs. Hendrix was a member of Meadow Baptist Church and had been working for the Athens Spine Center for several years. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Ralph and Allene Sanders, and maternal grandparents, Hugh Dorsey Moon and Thades Nelms Moon.
Funeral services will be held at 1PM on Friday, September 13, 2013 at Lord & Stephens, Danielsville Chapel with Rev. Mike Sarna officiating. Interment will follow in Danielsville Memorial Park. The Athens-Clarke County Fire Department will serve as pallbearers and Honor Guard. The family will receive family and friends at the funeral home from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, September 12.
Survivors include her husband, Kyle Hendrix; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward and Faye Sanders; step daughters, Jessica Giles and Hannah Hendrix; step grandson, Deven Bradshaw; step granddaughter, Taylor Bradford; and a niece, Heather Hendrix.
