Bogart - Donald (Mac) McDaniel, 56, husband of Loraine Blanton, died Saturday, November 05, 2005 at Athens Regional Medical Center.
Born in Oconee County he was the son of the late Lonnis and Mary Shelton McDaniel. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, children; Lewis McDaniel of Winterville and Mary E. ìBitî Young of Athens, step children; William ìBuckî Shelton of Nicholson, Peggy Whitley of Nicholson and Jeff Blanton of Commerce, sister, Mary Lou Reynolds of Bishop, brothers, Lonnis ìBayî McDaniel of Bostwick, Thomas McDaniel of Bishop, Jimmy McDaniel of Bostwick, Ricky McDaniel of Bogart, and James ìBuckî of Buckhead, grandchildren, Kayla, Amber, Josh, Holly, Elaina, Marissa, Cole, Aryanna, Dustin, Faith, Hope, Charity, Laura, Randy and Nichole and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday, November 7, 2005 at 2PM at Lord & Stephens, WEST with Revs. Larry Townsend, Larry Davidson, and Wayne Wills officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Tony Reynolds, Thomas McDaniel, Jr., Rusty McDaniel, Lewis E. McDaniel, Lonnie McDaniel, James ìSpankeyî McDaniel, and Edward McDaniel.
Flowers will be accepted.
Lord & Stephens, WEST is in charge of arrangements.
