Dianne C. Thompson

Dianne C. Thompson, 71, of Colbert, passed away on December 19, 2024. Born on September 26, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Olin Clements and Leota Reeves Clements.

Dianne’s life faith in the Lord was unwavering. She showed this daily with her endless devotion to God, her church, and her family. She often expressed her love by cooking meals for those around her and was known for being an amazing cook.

Survivors include her children, Lori (Jeff) Poss, Chris (Julie) Thompson; grandchildren, Kelton Newsome, Kaitlyn Newsome, Rebecca Thompson, Luke Thompson; great grandchildren, Matthew Weathington.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 1:00PM at Vineyards Creek Baptist Church, 121 Cherokee Rd, Comer, GA 30629 with Terry Wood officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.
