Dennis Anthony Dudley

Dennis Anthony Dudley, 51, passed away July 13, 2015. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lois Rains Dudley, Father, Clarence Edwin "Ed" Dudley and brother, David Edwin Dudley.
Dennis, a Civil Engineer, was a 1989 graduate of the University of Georgia. He was a practicing engineer and also professional consultant.
Dennis' greatest lifetime accomplishment was his friendship, generosity and guiding words for friends, family and extended family. His declining days were spent surrounded by many who knew and loved him. He will be well remembered not only as a friend but also a real character who was gruff, independent, funny, bold, thoughtful, impatient, smart, inventive and hard working.
Funeral services are Saturday July 18, 2015 11:00AM at Lord & Stephens, East Chapel with Rev. Karen Swindler officiating. The family will be at the funeral home Friday July 17, 2015 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. The interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
He is survived by his son, Eric Dudley; daughter, Raine Dudley; sisters, Stephanie Luther, Susan Veal and Sandra Scott; brother, Doug Dudley and several nieces and nephews.
