Dennis Ralph "Double D" Daniel

Bishop, GA - Dennis Ralph "Double D" Daniel, 50, passed away at his home on Thursday, February 28, 2012. Known as Double D, he was born in Athens on March 11, 1961 to Thelma Drake Daniel and the late Cecil Daniel. He attended Colbert Methodist Church. Double D spent twenty-four years as a gasoline tanker driver.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Rhonda Daniel; son Kyle Daniel; daughter Kayla Daniel; brothers Curtis Daniel and Kenneth Daniel and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 03, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Lord and Stephens Chapel, WEST. Interment will be in the Kidd Cemetery in Colbert.
Pallbearers will be Lou Bonner, Jim Daniel, Jim Booth, Harry Willoughby, Don Coker and Leo Matiz.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6:00 until 9:00 PM.
