Delynda Lynn West

Delynda Lynn West, 59, passed away on December 30, 2024. She was born on December 21, 1965, to Delores Dooley West and the late George Raymond West at Athens General Hospital.

She had a great love for all animals, especially cats and dogs, and was a mama to many of them, giving them a forever home. She graduated from Madison County High School and had a degree from UGA as a Paralegal.

Survivors, in addition to her mother, include her sister, Derita Adams (Mike); brothers, Darren West and David West (Jennifer); nephews, Ryan Adams (Lin), Justin Adams (Lindy), Jacob West, Taylor West (Angie), Carter West; nieces, Brooke West, Morgan West, Brittany Adams; uncle, Andy Dooley (Brenda); great nieces, Ariya West, Kaitlin Adams; nephews, Troy, Chris and Joshua Adams.
