Debbie Elizabeth Moon

Debbie Elizabeth Moon, 63, died Sunday, January 31, 2021.

Born in Athens, she was the daughter of the late Dolores Ann Montgomery and granddaughter to the late Sam and Frances Montgomery.  Debbie had worked as a manager for Golden Pantry. Survivors include her children: Shanda (Marshall) Pressley, Sheila (Danny) Firster, Sonya (Ashley Johnson) Moon and Jamie (Melody) Moon; brother: Randy Carter; father of her children: Jimmy Moon; 22 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Private family services will be held Thursday, February 4, 2021. Interment will follow at Johnson United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Lord and Stephens, West Chapel from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
