Dean Hewell

James Ladean "Dean" Hewell, 62, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2005. - Born July 18, 1943 in Whitehall, Georgia, he was the son of the late Louise Fowler and James Frank Hewell. He was employed with Hodges Enterprise, Loganville and resided in Conyers, Georgia with Eugenia Roberts.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2005, at Whitehall Baptist Church with Revs. Elmer Butler and Buford Lockman officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Hewell of Hull; five sons, Tony Hewell, Joseph Greene, Damond Hewell, James Hewell, all of Hull, Edmond T. Porterfield of Ila; two daughters, Sonya Hewell of Loganville, Shelby Colburn of Between; two sisters, Marie Noell, Patsy Albert; five brothers, Ricky, Jeff, Wayne, Frankie Hewell, Darwin Hewell (deceased); and 12 grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Wayne Hewell, Joseph Greene, James Hewell, Edmond T. Porterfield, Kevin Porter and Franklin Rutledge.
