Athens, GA - David Marion Winge, 66, son of the late John and Hazel Winge, former members of Green Acres Baptist Church, passed away September 17, 2008.
Mr. Winge was born July 5, 1942 in Warner Robins, GA. He was a graduate of Northwestern School of Journalism in Evanston, Illinois.
Funeral services will be Saturday, September 20, 2008, at 10:00 AM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, EAST, with Rev. Mark Palmer officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Survivors include his brother, Chuck Winge of Geneva, Illinois.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 until 7:30PM at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
