David Michael Warnecke

David Michael Warnecke, 73, husband of Marlene Gause Warnecke, died on Sunday, April 16, 2023. Born in Van Wert, OH he was the son of the late Ralph Edward Warnecke and Mary Ellen Kroeger Warnecke and brother to the late Dennis Warnecke. Dave was a registered nurse who had retired from Trinity Home Health, an Occupational Health Nurse at Dana Spicer Axle for 20 years and started his nursing career at Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana. He served in the US Air Force. Survivors in addition to his wife Marlene include two children; Sara Warnecke and Clint Warnecke and six siblings: Diane (Dan) Grothans, Dale (Paula) Warnecke, Donna (Howard-deceased) Mongold, Doug (Katie) Warnecke, Darlene (Steve) Smith and Della Harting. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
