Hoschton, Ga. - David Paul Hatcher, 42, died April 11, 2009.
A native of Hampton, Va., he was a graduate of Jonesboro High School and attended Arkansas State University.
Memorial services will be Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. at Church of the Nations, 8780 Macon Highway, Watkinsville, GA 30677, with Dr. Mel Holmes officiating.
Survivors include his father, David R. Hatcher and stepmother, Julie of Watkinsville; mother, Rita Hatcher-Fulcher and stepfather, Jimmy of Arnoldsville; sister and brother-in-law, Marti (Tommy) Cobb of Bogart; brother and sister-in-law, Ben and Missy Hatcher of Statham; stepbrother, Jeremy Walker of Watkinsville; grandmother, Wanda Hatcher of Union, Missouri; nephews, Jacob, Josh and Benjamin; nieces, Lauren, Madison, and Brianna; many aunts and uncles.
The family may be reached at the home of his father and stepmother, 2640 Hodges Mill Road, Watkinsville, GA 30677.
Memorials may be made to Dr. Gray's Stray Animal Foundation in Winder, Ga., which David supported by acting as coordinator of several motorcycle rides for the benefit of the foundation.
