Daryl Johnson, 82, passed away Friday, August 21, 2015.
He was a graduate of the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, Class of 1960.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-one years, Elaine; three children, Mark (Miriam) Johnson, Bruce (Sandy) Johnson and Deanne Johnson; five grandchildren, Cassie (James) Graves, Matthew (Olivia) Johnson, Benjamin (Mary) Johnson, Daniel Johnson and Nathan Johnson; two great grandchildren, Bryson Taylor and Brynleigh Graves.
With heavy hearts, his family will be celebrating his homegoing at Lord and Stephens, EAST with visitation on Sunday from 5:00 until 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be Monday, August 24, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the chapel of the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Athens Memory Gardens.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be any members of Gideon's International who attend the service.
Daryl would be honored to be remembered by your gift to Gideon's International, where he devoted more than fifty years of service to his Lord and Savior.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
