Darral Grady Scoggins

May 11, 1947 — August 29, 2014

Darral Grady Scoggins, 67, passed away August 29, 2014. He was the son of the late Ed and Ollie Scoggins. He was a member of Moon's Grove Baptist Church and served as the Royal Ambassador Director and with the media ministry. He was the President of the Madison County Camp of the Gideons International and was also active in the Gideon Jail Ministry. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Scoggins Adams; brothers, George, Raymond, Paul, and James Scoggins.
Funeral services will be Monday September 1, 2014 at 11:00am at Moon's Grove Baptist Church with Rev's. Dan Fuller and Tom Dial officiating. Mr.Scoggins will lie in state at the church from 10:00am until service time. The family will be at the funeral home Sunday August 31, 2014 from 4:00 to 6:00pm. The interment will be in Moon's Grove Baptist church cemetery.
Survivors include: wife, Sandra Jenkins Scoggins; daughter, Jennifer (John) Scoggins Bailey; son, Jeffrey (Christy) Ryan Scoggins; brother, Bobby Scoggins; sisters, Brenda Irving, Shirley Coile, Carol Epps; grandchildren, Christopher Scoggins, Savannah Scoggins, Nathan Bailey, Naomi Bailey and Sara Beth Scoggins.
