Coile Lane Defoor

Coile Lane Defoor, 55, died Friday, March 4, 2022. Born in Athens, GA, he was a lifelong resident of Madison County. He was the son of the late Lane Defoor and Virginia K. Coile. Mr. Defoor worked as a lineman and was a member of Hull Baptist Church. He enjoyed riding his Harley and was a big fan of KISS collecting their memorabilia.  He is survived by his girlfriend of 21 years, Kathy Gable, sister Katrina Turner and half-brothers and half-sisters, Josh DeFoor, Tim DeFoor, Beth Cole, Lora Morgan and Ricky DeFoor and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 2PM at Hull Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 at the church prior to the service.
