Clint Allen Scoggins, 73, died April 29, 2005 at his residence.
Born in Union, SC on August 20, 1931, a son of the late Lindsey Lee and Florence Penland Scoggins. He was a member of the Church of Crist.
Clint graduated from Union High School and the University of Colorado, Boulder.
A gifted pianist, Clint spent his professional career in CO, San Francisco, and Southern CA working in a variety of entertainment positions such as dinner, lounge and piano bar entertainer as well as show accompanist. Clint was a veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors are his sisters, Betty S. Dantzler, Dolly S. Moore (James T.); a brother, Raymond E. Scoggins, all of Athens, GA.; nieces, Carole M. Judd (Philip) Cross Lanes, W VA, Susan M. Brown (Mitchel), Annapolis, MD, Mary M. Garrison (Garry), Athens, GA, Amy D. Ellery (William), Genoa, NV and nephew James Lindsey Moore (Kim), Waynesboro, VA.
At the request of Clint he will be cremated with no services to be held.
