Claudine S. Patton

Comer, GA - Claudine S. Patton, 85, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday January 12, 2013. A native of Madison County, Ms. Patton was the daughter of the late Wannie and Icie O'Kelley Sanders. Ms. Patton was the widow of the late Jacob "Jake" T. Patton and was preceded in death by her children, Robbin and Janet Patton; brother, Joe Paul Sanders and daughter-in-law, Nancy Patton. Ms. Patton was a member of Meadow Baptist Church and was a retired seamstress from Blue Bell.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 11:00 am at Meadow Baptist Church. Rev. Mike Sarna and Rev. Dennis Wester will officiate. Burial will follow in the Meadow Cemetery.
Survivors include children, Mike Patton and Brenda (Kenneth) Poss; grandchildren, Jill Patton, Julie (Shane) Sartor, Jason (Kristen) Poss, and Jonathan Patton; great grandchildren, Cole Patton, Tristan Poss, Blakely Sartor, Brooklynn Seymore, Natalie Sartor, and Landon Poss.
Pallbearers will be David Culberson, David McFarland, Joe Moon, George Slaton, Charles Booth, and Neal Banks.
Flowers are optional. Memorials may be made to Meadow Cemetery Fund or Hospice Advantage.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday January 14, 2013 from 6 until 8 PM.
Brown Chapel, Danielsville has charge of arrangements.
