Clarence "Ed" McDonald

Watkinsville, GA - Clarence "Ed" McDonald age 87 died Sunday September 1, 2013. A native of Jackson Co., Mr. McDonald was the son of the late Clarence Tate and Della Jane Smith McDonald. Mr. McDonald was a Industrial Consultant with Pye Barker and was a US Navy Veteran.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday September 3, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Rays UMC. Rev.'s Jerry Varnado and Kevin Walraven will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Survivors include his wife of 10 years Nell McAllister McDonald; children; Carlos (Debbie) McDonald and Randy (Delayne) McDonald; step children; Kathy (Bryan) Davis and Steve (Laura) Dailey; four grandchildren, four step grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Steve Dailey, Trenton Dailey, Jim Hellums, Larry Scoggins, Bryan Davis, and Anthony Davis.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 6-8pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Ray's UMC building fund.
