Clara P. Hawkins, 86, died May 5, 2005.
Born in Henry County, she was the daughter of the late James Ephriam and Annie Ardella Drake Porterfield and the widow of J. T. Hawkins. She was a member of Athens Congregational Holiness Church.
Graveside services will be Sunday, May 8, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Park with Revs. Bobby Anthony and Morris Sapp officiating. Visitation will be held tonight from 7-9 at Lord & Stephens, EAST.
Survivors include 2 sons, Paul Hawkins of Nicholson and James Hawkins of Comer; 7 grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Lord & Stephens, EAST is in charge of arrangements.
