Ila - Clara Mildred Fitzpatrick, age 93, died Thursday, November 20, 2008 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 22, 2008 at 3PM at Ila Baptist Church with burial to follow at Ila Cemetery.
A native of Banks County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Bennett Segars and Anno Parks Segars. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Wayne Fitzpatrick and daughter, Beverly Hardison. She as a seamstress and a very active member of Ila Baptist Church until her health declined not allowing her to attend.
She is survived by her daughter, Wanda Thomas and Jimmy Lanphear both of Ila, son, Timothy (Cheryl) Fitzpatrick of Mooresville, NC, daughter, Rachael Drake of Colbert; brother: Roy (Brenda) Segars of Banks County; sister in law: Melease Watkins of Jacksonville, NC; eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 21, 2008 from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Flowers will be accepted.
