Charlotte Hardeman Langford

Charlotte H. Langford, 79, wife of Phillip L. Langford, died Friday, July 10, 2015. A native of Oglethorpe County, she was the daughter of the late Currell and Ethel Erwin Hardeman and sister to the late James Hardeman, Frances Cofer and Erwin Hardeman. Charlotte was a very active member of Winterville First Baptist Church, serving as a Sunday School Teacher, member of the Board of Trustees, the Silver Hair Club and the Keenagers. She retired as a dental assistant from Dr. Bill Williams office. In addition to her husband, Phillip, survivors include her daughter, Michele (Rick) Ayers of Hull; son: David (Lisa) Langford of Hull; sisters: Dorothy Hancock and Joyce Williamson; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 13, 2015 at 11AM at Winterville First Baptist Church with Revs. Phil Wages and Shane Moore officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Winterville First Baptist Church.
