Charles Wayne Bullock died Saturday, September 6, 2014. The youngest of two sons, Wayne was born to the late Rufus and Beatrice Shelnutt Bullock in Nashville TN. He traveled the world with his family while his father was in the military, and Wayne in turn served in the United States Army. A 1971 graduate of Oconee High School, he went on to attend Athens Technical College, and worked as an electrician for much of his life.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Kay Bullock, daughter Katie (Nathan) Speulda and their children Benjamin and Abigail, brother Larry (Sandra) Bullock and their children Debra (David) Cherry and Karen (Dan) Krebs, brothers-in-law Bob (Lil) Kiser and their children Pam (Rick) Bak, Jan Rich, and Rob (Kim) Kiser, Rick (Mary) Kiser, Doug (LuAnne) Kiser and their children, Kristen and Aaron Kiser, along with eleven great nieces and nephews, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 13, at 2:00 PM at Lord and Stephens West Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service. Rev. Charles Jones will be officiating.
