Chad David Cook, 25, of 2720 Malcom Bridge Road, died Sunday, October 2, 2005.
He was a self-employed construction worker and the son of Cheryl Bramlett Cook of the home, and Bobby Cook and stepmother, Levie Cook of Bogart, GA.
Funeral services will be Thursday, October 6, 2005, at 3:00 PM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, WEST. Revs. Jim Carpenter and Charles Jones will officiate. Interment will be in Athens Memory Gardens.
Survivors in addition to his parents include one sister, Michelle Justice of Athens; brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Ethylene Cook of Bogart; stepbrother, Anthony Stuchell; stepsister, Shaunna Stuchell Snead; grandparents, James Reid and Thelma Bramlett of Winterville; niece, Savannah Justice, nephew, Austen Justice, both of Athens; several aunts and uncles.
Pallbearers will be Jamey Bramlett, Jason Bramlett, Justin Bramlett, Michael Hambree, Mitch Cox, and Matthew Cook.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
