Catherine Ann Hartley Hart, age 62, passed on at her home in Watkinsville, on April 11, 2014.
Catherine was best known locally as an inspiring fabric artist, creating art quilts despite her disabilities. She was an avid gardener and animal lover. She worked as a Physical Therapist and Massage Therapist for 25 years.
Survivors include her mother Catherine Leathers Hartley; brothers Mark T. Hartley and Reid L. Hartley; sister Tracy H. Mosher (husband Mark D. Mosher); and nephews Luke D. Mosher and Paul M. Mosher.
A gathering to celebrate Catherine's life will be held at The Sanctuary, 13 Barnett Shoals Rd., Watkinsville, GA on Saturday, April 26, at 4:00.
Memorials may be made to The Heifer Project or Butterfly Dreams Farm Therapeutic Riding Program.
Lord and Stephens, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
