Carolyn Parsons Nichols

Carolyn Parsons Nichols, 89, died January 1, 2012.
A native of Watkinsville, GA, she was a daughter of the late Carl and Lola Langford Parsons and the widow of Roy Nichols. She was a homemaker and a longtime member of Union Christian Church.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Union Christian Church with Rev. Troy Tatum officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Survivors include her children: Carol Hanson of Snellville, Hazel Magner of Watkinsville, Roy A. Nichols Jr. of Cleveland, GA; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Union Christian Church Permanant Care Cemetery Fund.
