Candace Mary (Clark) Langford

Candace Mary Langford, retired educator and master gardener, passed away on May 31, 2018 at the age of 63. She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Patricia Clark, and her brothers Donald, Blair, and Patrick. She is survived by her partner Jeremy Granade, her brother Christopher Clark, nephews Jesse, Derek, Macon, and Corelli, nieces Chelsea and Kayce, and her beloved dogs Ella, Ernie, and Emma.

A memorial celebration for her friends and family will be held at the Gardenside Room (downstairs at the Visitor's Center & Conservatory) at the State Botanical Garden in Athens, Georgia on Friday, June 22, from 3:00-6:00 pm. Refreshments will be provided; casual dress is encouraged. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Foundation of Northeast Georgia.
