Flowery Branch - Miss Brooke Elizabeth Smith died Monday, July 31, 2006 at Childrenís Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston.
Brooke was born September 1, 2005 in Gwinnett County. She was the daughter of Darrick Stephen Smith and Barbara Carter Smith. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents; Ruth Sherman, Sue Smith, and William and Alline Carter; and her uncle, Douglas Smith.
In addition to her parents, Brooke is survived by her maternal grandparents, Bill and Sara Carter of Danielsville; paternal grandparents, Steve and Pam Smith of Hull; great grandparents, Roger and Billie Gober of Hull, James E. Smith of Danielsville, and Milo Sherman of Hermitage, TN; and aunts and uncles, Amy Carter of Nashville, TN, Chad and Amanda Sailors of Statham, and Daniel and Jessica Smith of Hull.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 4, 2006 at 2pm at Lord & Stephens Danielsville Chapel with Reverend Robert Passmore officiating.
Visitation will be held Thursday, August 3, 2006 from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
