Brian Keith Johnson, 32, died September 16, 2010.
A native of Athens, he was the son of Freddie and Vickey Johnson of Athens. Brian was a 1996 graduate of Madison County High School and a 2006 graduate of Piedmont College. He was employed with Merial Unlimited and a member of Hull Baptist Church. He was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan and enjoyed fishing and yard work. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cloyce and Mildred Johnson and Berry Eugene and Mary Frances Brown.
Funeral services will be Sunday, September 19, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Green Acres Baptist Church with Revs. Randy Crowe, Fred Rowell and Charles Parrish officiating. Interment will be in Athens Memory Gardens.
Survivors in addition to his parents include his wife of two years, Andrea Radford Johnson; two sisters, Kim Johnson of Athens and Kristen (Chris) Hamel of Athens; nephew, Luke Hamel; mother-in-law, Lynne Walden Radford; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John A. (April) Radford, Jr. and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Allison (Chad) Welch; best friends, Michael, Mandy and Riley Carey; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hull Baptist Church Benevolence Fund, 39 Charlie Bolton Road, Hull, GA 30646.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
