Bonnie Belle Phillips, 94 of Winterville, passed away December 2, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Willie Mae Culbertson; husband, Welby Phillips; brother, Loyd Culbertson.
Memorial services are Monday December 7, 2015 2:00PM at Lord & Stephens, East Chapel with Rev. Tac Coley officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm until service time.
Survivors include: sons, David (Julie) Phillips, Mike (Dawn)Phillips and daughter, Marie Phillips; grandchildren, Eli (Mandy) Phillips, Evan Phillips, Eden (Paul) Phillips DeGeorge, Alicia Carlan and Kaylee Andrews; great grandchildren, Liam DeGeorge, Aidan Carlan and two other great grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
