Bonnie Linda Escoe, 64, died April 6, 2011.
A native of Athens, GA, she was a daughter of the late Lewis and Geraldine Simmons Escoe and was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Escoe. She was a member of Cloud's Creek Baptist Church and retired from St. Mary's Hospital.
Memorial services will be Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, EAST.
Survivors include three children, Bonnie (Ricky) Pledger of Arnoldsville, Lora (Scott) Carlisle of Winterville and Jennifer (Barry) Mathews of Comer; sister, Angela Nelms of Crawford; brother, Marcus (Patti) Escoe of Maxeys; sister-in-law, Sandra Escoe of Crawford; three grandchildren, Peyton Carlisle, Bailey Pledger and Paige Carlisle; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home and may be reached at Mrs. Linda Escoe's residence.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
