Bev and Glenn grew up in the same neighborhood in Westover, graduated from Johnson City High School, married in 1946, and raised their family in Vestal and on the Susquehanna River at their cottage in Windsor. She said those years were happy years and wished she could live them all over again. Beverly worked for the Bank of New York for 18 years and retired May 1983. Glenn retired from IBM the same day. They spent their retirement years at their home in Brooksville, Florida. She moved back to Vestal in 2005, then to Athens, Georgia, in 2010. She enjoyed her years in Georgia where she could grow flowers all year.
