Betty Brownlee White, 80, died February 21, 2011.
A native of Tucker, GA, she was a daughter of the late Floyd and Ruby Cash Brownlee and was a devoted wife of fifty-eight years to the late Davis White. Over the years, Mrs. White was a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church, Redan Baptist Church, First Baptist Church of Tucker and was most recently active in New Haven Baptist Church of Athens. Mrs. White was a floral designer for many years and was active in Paint Horse Association. In addition to a devoted wife, she was a loving mother and grandmother.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Floral Hills Cemetery, Tucker. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10:00 AM until 12:30 PM at the funeral home.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Survivors include four children, David White, Dale (Lisa) White, John (Cynthia) White, all of Colbert; Gerald (Tammy) White of Hartwell; sister, Christine New of Woodstock; twelve grandchildren; one great grandson.
Lord and Stephens, Danielsville, is in charge of arrangements.
