Betty Jane Watson,85, of Danielsville passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2022. Born on June 1, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Robert Settle and Wilma Settle.
Betty was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving as a medical surgical nurse during Vietnam at the 93rd Evac Hospital in Long Binh, Vietnam.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, W.A. Watson; brothers, Tom Settle and Robert Settle.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Lord & Stephens, Danielsville. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Interment will follow the service at Danielsville Memorial Gardens.
